This Class provides the average person with training and tools to help protect themselves and their family from random violence and crime as well as develop balance, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance. Only the most effective and applicable techniques and training exercises have been extracted from KunTao (fist way, also known as ancient Shao Lin Temple Boxing as practiced in indonesia) and Pentjak Silat (pentjak is the practice of body mechanics and Silat means skill, the skill of using body mechanics for self defense).
