The Course is Divided into Four Levels, each level consists of two classes a week for a twelve-week period.
Beginning with exercises for health and flexibility, each course builds on solid physical principles to develop a ready response to aggressive actions. The student is given an arsenal of simple and effective tools and techniques that are easy to learn, devastating in application and healthy to practice.

The following is a rough breakdown of level one and the information to be taught, trained and perhaps cultivated into your personal life. At the end of each level the student will be tested, also (if available) each student is encouraged to attend at least one of Ba Pak Willem de Thouars' seminars or a seminar held by any of the senior practitioners during each level of training. This is only done for the benefit of the student, to see how the Grand-Master and the founder of KunTaoSilat makes this art seem so effort-less, and the effectiveness will astound you as well as accelerate your understanding of what and where this art comes from.
